Eatron’s Business Development & Sales Manager will be a key person to implement the business development plan for market growth and deliver it to establish Eatron as the market leader in intelligent software for batteries:
Responsibilities:
- Plan, forecast and deliver monthly & quarterly the business plan
- Update market analysis and identify critical customer segments
- Prospecting and Lead generation
- Establish and maintain senior and C-level relationships
- Lead and coordinate offer preparation
- Support ongoing sales process improvements and recommend enhancements for better CRM implementation
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA is preferred
- Min 10 years of experience in business development & sales in automotive and/or software
- Strong track record in sales and success story
- Good English language skills
- Existing network with potential customers
- Experienced using CRM systems
Would be Advantageous:
- Having some experience in EU or USA
- Experience in electric vehicles and batteries.
