The next Talent & Culture Manager will be a key person to ensure Eatron has the right people onboard to achieve/maintain its expertise, talent, and culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage talent & culture strategy together with the leadership team
  • Manage the hiring and onboarding process
  • Manage continuous learning for people to grow talent and expertise
  • Maintain Eatron values and culture
  • Support the leadership team on performance, organizational and leadership matters
  • Ensure legal compliance

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree
  • Min. 5 years of experience in HR or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven effective management skills
  • Prior work experience in Organizational Development
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills
  • To be based in the UK (work can be done remotely)
  • Ideally coming from another start-up or tech company
