As Head of Marketing you will be responsible for for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including brand positioning, messaging, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
• Work closely with product management teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Lead the development of compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, including website copy, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
• Manage the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, sales kits, and other sales support materials.
• Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to generate positive press coverage and increase brand visibility.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related field.
• Experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the B2B tech sector.
• Good understanding of the mobility and/or electrification space.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media (Linkedin), email marketing, and online advertising.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
