Jobs – Software Quality Lead – Eatron Technologies (Warwick, UK)

As the Software Quality Lead, you will play a critical role in the delivery of control algorithms and software stack for Eatron’s Intelligent Software Layer for automotive & mobility applications. You will coordinate the development and improvement of Eatron’s Quality Assurance process landscape that conforms to ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 9001 and other such standards and guidelines. 

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain Eatron’s development procedures and methodologies in accordance with Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262 standards.
• Support and coordinate ISO 9001 activities.
• Plan, steer, monitor and report quality activities.
• Promote best practices across the company.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and assessments.
• Coordinate with customer and supplier quality departments

Required Skills and Attributes:

• Broad knowledge of Automotive SPICE and quality management.
• Experience in product development to achieve quality goals as defined by Automotive SPICE CL2.
• Awareness of ISO 26262 and ISO 21434 standards.
• Experience and knowledge of software engineering, preferably in safety critical environments.
• Knowledge of coding guidelines.
• Experience in audits and assessments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Good to have:

• Intacs certified Provisional Assessor qualification or higher.
• Experience using the Codebeamer application lifecycle management tool (ALM).
• Awareness of machine learning engineering processes.
• Experience using ECU Test software tool.
