Customer Situation & Challenge
A premium automotive OEM was launching a new EV platform and needed to minimise safety-related warranty risks—particularly the threat of thermal runaway from undetected lithium plating.
Our Solution
We integrated our patented, pre-trained lithium plating detection model into their BMS software stack. After retraining with OEM-collected vehicle data, the system was validated and readied for production.

Our Approach
Eatron collaborated closely with the OEM’s in-house BMS team to co-develop a production-ready safety layer that could be deployed directly on their selected microcontroller.
